Newcom Industries will manufacture any cylindrical compression spring you require to the highest industry standard. You can either supply us with your  engineers specific requirements, or you can specify the critical parameters and let our experienced design team analyse the spring constraints and develop a design that will meet your application.

We have the facilities to produce any cylindrical compression spring from 10mm diameter to 24mm diameter. Currently we are producing in-excess of 750 different coil spring designs. 

Tooling

New spring designs require specialised tooling.  Newcom will research, design and manufacture any tooling required to produce springs to your requirements. There is no cost to our customers for this tooling, plus the cost of maintenance for the tooling is also absorbed by Newcom Industries. Another benefit to the customer is that any design revisions requested can be incorporated immediately by the modification of tooling in-house, minimising lead time delays.

JIT Program / Can-Ban

Minimise warehousing costs and floor space by allowing Newcom to manage your spring inventory. We will warehouse your springs at a level agreeable by both parties, releasing batches of stock as required.

Every spring produced has full documentation, from the 'heat' number of the raw material, to the individual who did the final inspection before placing the spring into its packaging. Traceability of product gives peace of mind to customers and their quality systems managers.

Our manufacturing plant has the latest C.N.C Coiling machines capable of manufacturing product at either high or low volume at the tightest of tolerances.

Our furnaces have been custom built to our specific design requirements, utilising the latest technology such as Stordy Flat Flame burners on the main furnace for even heat distribution over the product.

With ground flat springs, we don't swage the wire then coil the spring. We coil the product first, then grind the surface flat to the international standard of 5/8 of a coil. This way, you are guaranteed that the product will sit perfectly straight as well as look good.

What sets us apart from other manufacturers is that every one of our springs is scragged untill the spring is fully coil bound. Where the design of the spring permits, we scragg the spring by placing a four (4) tonne load on the spring. We then load test every spring to a tolerance of +/-2.0mm.
